Corporations are business entities, and as such they are a legal fiction created only by virtue of law and not by virtue of natural birth. To the argument that they are a group of individuals speaking through the corporation, these individuals are entirely able to speak as individuals under the Second Amendment, they do not need a legally created entity in order to express their opinions.
